Rishi Yerra, Managing Director
Rishi leads Crescit Capital, an investment firm focused on acquiring and building established industrial businesses across Australia and New Zealand. His disciplined, long-term investment approach is shaped by a background in operations, engineering, and strategic finance.
Before founding Crescit Capital, Rishi worked inside complex industrial environments undergoing major transformation. He led global teams, managed critical projects, and drove improvements in operational performance and long-term value. This experience informs Crescit Capital’s philosophy to partner with strong businesses, protect their core, and scale them through disciplined execution.
He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Master of Finance, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
