    Your business has a team in place to continue delivering products and/or services during change of ownership.

  • Recurring Revenue

    You have a loyal customer base with 60% or more recurring revenue and less than 20% of your total revenue is from a single customer.

  • High Quality Products or Services

    Your business provides high quality product or services, preferably in B2B and has been in operation for more than 10 years.

Acquisition Process

  • Following our initial discussion, we arrange a face-to-face meeting to delve deeper into your business's operations, history, and your aspirations for its future. This step ensures mutual understanding and trust.

  • If both parties are aligned, we present a non-binding LOI outlining the proposed terms, including price range and key conditions. This document serves as a foundation for the next stages.

  • Our team conducts an in-depth review of your business, covering financials, legal matters, and operational aspects. This thorough examination ensures all details are verified before proceeding.

  • Upon successful due diligence, we finalise the acquisition terms and work collaboratively to ensure a smooth handover. This includes transition planning, knowledge transfer, and support to maintain business continuity.
