We acquire and build industrial businesses.

What we do

Crescit Capital acquires and builds established industrial and essential services businesses. We provide long-term ownership, operational discipline, and a stable succession solution for founders looking to transition their business into capable hands.

We focus on profitable, resilient companies with strong foundations. Once in partnership, we work closely with management to protect what already works and scale the business through structured, multi-year initiatives.

Our core sectors include industrial engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and technical services.

  • If there is strong alignment, we provide a non-binding Letter of Intent outlining valuation, structure, and key terms.

  • We work collaboratively with the owner and advisors to complete financial, commercial, operational, and legal diligence. Our approach is efficient, confidential, and respectful of day-to-day operations.

  • We finalise documentation, complete the transaction, and begin a structured transition plan to support continuity for employees, customers, and suppliers.
