Rishi is the Founder of Crescit Capital, a firm dedicated to acquiring and scaling high-quality businesses across Australia and New Zealand. With extensive experience across a range of industries, he offers a deep understanding of the key drivers of business performance and a disciplined approach to sustainable value creation.
Over the course of his career, Rishi has led global teams, driven large-scale growth initiatives, and executed complex strategic transformations. His work has consistently focused on unlocking the full potential of businesses through operational excellence and long-term stewardship.
He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School, a Master of Finance, and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from Auckland University of Technology.
